Well.. i dont like this whole issue of earth hour...
For me every hour is an Earth hour. Switch off the light, fan, laptop when leave your cube and room, everytime! Not just on earth hour.

Agreed. But the way I see it is: more than just saving power for an hour, the earth hour was to generate global awareness about the climate change -- a more euphemistic approach to get attention (and much more sane than the ways of PeTA et. al.). If we save a lot of power as a side-effect of this, what's the harm in that? :)
